Thanks for the comment. It's true that different people have different needs. In fact, I remember reading a late 1970's Chinese newspaper (yes, I'm old enough to remember it), Cankao Xiaoxi (Reference News), where one Taiwanese scholar(?) suggested the every Chinese (Taiwanese in his terms) should only do one or two aspects of English study, some focusing on reading, some writing, some listening, etc., and ignore other unnecessary aspects. That's an extreme. In reality, it's hard to separate. But having some focus is fine.
